The staff were welcoming and the place was clean, so I'd gladly support this business and come back with my girlfriend. The woman who works there and cleans the rooms was especially friendly, with a great attitude and excellent service. Thanks to the team for making us feel welcome.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was fantastic. The front desk woman had a great personality, chatted with me, and made sure I had everything I needed.

There was a huge cockroach on the carpet that I killed, and the sheets had stains and burn holes. The shampoo bottle was half empty, and I couldn't get the TV working. I sent photos to the front desk and am waiting to hear from management. I'm not happy with the stay.

The service was the worst part. The desk man was rude, said the problems weren't his issue, and refused any discount or refund. He even asked why we'd come back if we didn't like the rooms. I paid over $100 and had the worst hotel stay I've had in America. There were no blankets, just sheets, and when I asked, I was told they didn't have any because theirs were in poor condition. The carpet had drops of blood, the bathroom ceiling had mold and peeling paint, breakfast wasn't available, and the pool was closed. We moved to another room on the second night, but there were still no blankets. Then the TV quit, leaving me with nothing to do but stare at four walls. The pool was still closed too. Stay at your own risk, and don't expect the hotel to resolve problems.
