Everything was clean and comfortable, and the room had laminate flooring with a modern feel. The bathroom and shower were excellent. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and the price was great. I’d stay here again.

I booked ten nights through Booking.com because I’m not from the area, and the listing promised clean rooms in a good area. The area was good, but the room was another story. There were animal prints, hair, blood, and other stains all over the bed. The smoke detector was covered as if someone had been smoking, and the TV didn’t work. Within five minutes I’d been bitten by bed bugs, and bugs were in my belongings too, so I had to throw everything out. I returned the key within ten minutes of getting it, but they refused any kind of refund on the $722 I paid. I had to sleep in my car until family lent me money for another place. Now Booking.com and the hotel keep passing the reimbursement issue back and forth. I’m disgusted and would never recommend this place. They’re scammers and thieves. Don’t stay here unless you want to be dirty and deal with a bed bug infestation. Management is supposedly never in the office. What kind of hotel is this? Refund me for the ten nights I didn’t stay, or I’ll call a lawyer and the health department to get the place shut down for health reasons.

We were in room 223. On arrival, we found someone’s dirty shoes by the bed and some other random items. We asked for a clean room, but that wasn’t possible. Later, I woke up covered in bites and found a bed bug underneath me, so we had to leave before the reservation ended. We showed the front office, and they said the manager would call. Debra took two days to get back to us, then called us liars even though we had photos. She said other guests had no problems. I was covered in bites, and they wouldn’t take responsibility. We even asked the front desk to come look, and left dead bugs on the bed.

I always feel at home here. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the location is great. Staff consistently take care of what I need, and management stays on top of any issues. I’ll stay again.
