TownePlace Suites by Marriott Columbus Dublin

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and it's a short drive to Columbus or things to do in Dublin. I didn't end up using the kitchenette, but having the extra fridge space was a nice bonus.

Roy at the front desk was incredibly attentive and polite, exactly what good customer service should be. Paul, the GM, was pleasant and keen to help too. My room was spacious, and I appreciated the upgrade through my PE membership. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but close to anything you might need. I travel a lot for work and would look to book here again if I'm in town.

On my road trip, this has been my favorite of the nine hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and having a fridge and microwave was handy. I requested a room near the elevator and ice machine, and never heard either one. There was no noise from the freeway or other guests above or below me either. The young man who checked me in was efficient and delightful. I stayed at the Towne Place Suites in Dublin OH on Oct. 3rd, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. No complaints.

The staff were especially friendly, helpful, and full of useful information. Breakfast had something for everyone: oatmeal, blueberry compote, fruit, crustless quiches, steamed rice, sausage, eggs, waffles, and cereal. The room was nicely arranged, with the kitchenette by the entrance so an early riser could make coffee without waking someone who wanted to sleep in. There was plenty of workspace, and the beds were firm but comfortable. Outside, the greenery and garden plantings, patio with gas grills, and bright, airy lobby made a nice setting. Everything was clean and well kept. This suites hotel is a real gem.
