Sleep Inn Durango

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The towels were really thin, and we didn’t try breakfast. The elevator was out, but the front desk staff carried our large luggage up to the third floor, and we didn’t mind taking the stairs ourselves. We stayed one night in Durango. The photos made the hotel look clean and new, and the price was decent for a quick stay in the area.

The breakfast was great, with waffles, bacon, and eggs. The rooms are clean and modern, the king bed was comfortable, and they provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for use in the room. We’ll check out the pool and hot tub next time.

I had a comfortable two-night stay and would likely come back if I’m in the area. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows felt good. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, and yogurt. The hotel isn’t downtown Durango, but its location suited me well. Parking was easy, it was convenient for highway day trips, and a nearby gas station and Walmart made it simple to restock. The neighborhood seemed good, and I felt my car was secure. My only small gripes: the upholstered chair wasn’t comfortable, and road noise picks up around 6 am. It wasn’t very loud, but could wake you a little earlier than planned.

We were delighted to get a suite upgrade as Choice Members, since we’d booked a standard room. It was a great surprise and the spacious room suited us perfectly, with a couch sitting area, kitchenette, and full-size refrigerator. The beds and pillows were so comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, were extremely happy with the accommodations, and will definitely return to Durango. We highly recommend this hotel!
