Erendira made breakfast feel especially welcoming. She was friendly, kept checking that everyone was all set, and clearly cared about the guests. The meal itself was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while: fresh food, well stocked, and a really clean area. Great service all around.

For a one-night visit, this place works, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer. There are nearby hotels at similar prices with better quality. The complimentary breakfast was a mess: all the juices were gone, there were no cinnamon rolls, the pancake maker was broken, and several people were disappointed. Check-in was smooth, but the room felt muggy and outdated. It also didn't have enough towels. When I called the front desk, they told me I had to come down and get them. The concierge was nice and had them ready when I arrived, explaining that he was the only one there. I don't understand why requested towels couldn't be brought up.

The breakfast bar was the weak point. The food didn't look appealing, like it had been microwaved more than once. I could give that part one star. Everything else deserves five: the room was clean and quiet, and Nate, the shuttle driver, made our stay pleasant and safe. We needed Lyft a few times, but when Nate was there he made sure we got where we needed to go.

The rooms are always clean and breakfast is good, but the repeated late checkout mix-up is wearing on me. Every time, all five stays, my husband and I requested a 2pm checkout at check-in. The next morning housekeeping would knock to ask if we had one, and someone from the front desk would call or come knock to confirm it. Each time I had to say we'd already asked the night before. There's clearly a communication problem between the night and morning staff. Now I dread the next morning, waiting for the inevitable call or knock. We stay here often, and this only started in the last few months.
