We were here with our kids and didn't feel safe, so we wouldn't stay again. The hotel smelled very strongly of marijuana, and it seeped under our door into the room. It was dirty, the TV didn't work, and breakfast was very minimal. In the middle of the night, banging on the wall and loud voices woke us up. Terrible experience.

We booked because this place was listed on the Stay and Fly list, and the rooms were very nice with some great updates. But when he asked about our flight time, I said 7:12 and that we needed a ride at 5 a.m. He said no, apparently there's fine print saying the shuttle only runs from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. That cost us over $50 for an Uber. On the way back, I called the number I was rudely asked to take a picture of. It took 45 minutes for pickup, and the person arrived in a plain white minivan with no identifying sign. The front desk kept calling to ask where we were. I said door 1 several times, but he kept asking if we were at door 3.

The place was dirty, and the building smelled smoky. There were dirty towels, hair in the bathroom, a TV that didn't work, and the rooms and lobby looked nothing like the pictures. The heat didn't work, service was poor, and the rooms were terrible. The continental breakfast was empty and unsafe. It's cheap for a reason: late-night restaurant next door, loud neighbors, and staff who don't care. Worst hotel and service ever. I tried to resolve things and get a refund, but was denied even a courtesy credit or apology despite the very poor service and safety concerns. Do not stay here.

We arrived at 11:40 p.m. after a long flight, only to be told by the receptionist that we had to pay a $100 cash deposit. We said we didn't have cash and that the booking hadn't mentioned a deposit, but they told us to use an ATM and said, “I'm telling you right now.” At checkout, we also had to wait an hour while he checked rooms, with several other people waiting. The service was absolutely horrible. Pay a few extra dollars and don't book here. We'll never come back.
