Quality Inn North

The room was very clean, and both the parking and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very friendly too. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back if I get the chance.

I was exhausted after two nights of noise and felt the staff didn't take my concerns seriously. On the first night, a loud party started around 3 AM, with screaming, cussing, and doors slamming. Staff went to the room, but there was no apology and the guests were allowed to stay; the noise carried on. The second night brought more loud talking and repeated door slams late at night, enough to keep me awake, though there wasn't yelling like the first night. In the morning, people sat in cars in the parking lot smoking and revving their engines, which felt intimidating and unsafe. I raised the problems with the front desk and was basically told to let them know if it happened again. After checking out, I called because I hadn't slept, but they brushed me off and said nothing could be done once I'd checked out. Between the noise, the lack of safety enforcement, and staff's lack of concern, I wouldn't stay here again.

The Manager has made sure I know that I'm welcome and valued, and that my two amazing pittys are too. Not many places allow pets, especially for a long stay, so I really appreciate that. The staff are the friendliest, and it feels like a family here. Whenever I need something, the manager is right there doing what he can to make sure we're alright. Always a wonderful stay, with caring service and staff. Keep it up, and shout out to the Manager, ur my favorite :p

There was just one nightstand beside the king bed, and no outlets on the other side to charge anything. The desk and chair were stained and ripped, and the loose shower curtain rod felt like it might pull out of the wall. Sheets, towels, and washcloths had stains, including black marks on the bed sheets. We checked in and found two stained towels and stained washcloths. The room had recently been painted, and it was the worst paint job ever. Never again.
