TownePlace Suites Chattanooga South/East Ridge

Roscoe was so friendly and attentive, and the whole team made me feel valued. My stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South East Ridge was excellent. The room was clean, well maintained, and had a welcoming feel. Before I arrived, Archie helped with my reservation over the phone the night before, and made everything easy and professional. When I got there, everything was ready, and the kind woman at check-in greeted me warmly. I wish I remembered her name so I could recognize her. I’d absolutely stay here again when I’m in the area. Five stars.

For what we paid, it felt like we got twice the value, though I hope Marriott doesn’t see this. The kitchenette had everything I needed, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were fantastic. The room was super clean, and the staff were pleasant. Extra kudos to the lovely woman who put out breakfast, even though I can’t remember her name. (March 2, 2026) You won’t be disappointed.

The front desk person was friendly and helpful, and I’d definitely stay here again. It’s just outside Chattanooga, with a short drive across town to Lookout Mountain, trails, and other attractions. Our room was clean, with a well-stocked kitchen, and bigger than I expected. The views were amazing too. My only gripe was that they didn’t make up the room while we were out, which I thought was standard practice. 🤷‍♂️ Otherwise, no complaints!

Being a Marriott Bonvoy member made checking in quick and easy, which saved me time. The room seemed new, was fairly clean, and came with good amenities, toiletries, and kitchen appliances. Breakfast was decent, and housekeeping and the front desk were prompt and genuinely warm. Downtown Chattanooga is about 10 miles away, which could be a slight drawback. Aside from that, it’s a good hotel.
