Candlewood Suites was clean, nicely priced, and close to all the dining and shopping around Eau Claire. The staff were awesome, polite, and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally nice and smelled fresh, with comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom stocked with Dove hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I’ll definitely be back soon. Great job, Candlewood Suites!

Kyra checked us in and out, and her attitude and personality deserve recognition. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a great stay. We’ll definitely book here again.

The room was clean, and I really like having a kitchenette at Candlewood Suites. The staff were all friendly, and it was easy to reach from the Interstate. I’d stay here again when I’m passing through.

Renee, the manager, was wonderful to work with. Booking several rooms was easy, and she was always willing to help with last-minute changes so we could be accommodated. She’s an amazing manager!

The beds were awful. You sink in and can’t move. The utensils were dirty, and the dishwasher hadn’t cleaned the items in it. Neighbors were noisy until 3am, and the toilets didn’t work. The guy at the front desk didn’t care about any of our complaints. The staff weren’t happy or friendly, and they don’t seem to understand good customer service. Dirty. Would not recommend!!!
