I paid for six nights and left after just one because there were live roaches climbing the walls and the bathroom was filthy. The manager told me the remaining amount had been refunded through the third party booking, but no refund came. Instead, Expedia was told they wouldn’t refund the other five days. The place is roach infested. Don’t book or stay here.

I couldn’t even take a shower because the room was so dirty, and the price was really high. The bathroom wouldn’t flush, so I had to fix the toilet before I could use it. The floor looked like it had pee on it, and the room floor was filthy, with stuff all over it, like it hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in weeks. There was no TV remote either. Nothing felt right in that room. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They accepted motel vouchers from social services, which meant people like us had somewhere to sleep during winter. That’s why I gave it a five before arriving, though I said I’d see how I felt after looking at the room. Once I got there, the rating changed. It was a typical roach motel. Get roach killer before you check in.

Even for a short stay, this was awful. The bathroom was filthy, especially behind the toilet. With the AC running, the room smelled like a kennel, and when I checked the filter, dust was everywhere. I had to leave. Stay at your own risk.
