The bathroom had hair and used towels left in it, and the sink only ran hot because the cold water didn’t work. The shower was just warm, and its loose knob kept falling and shutting the water off. In the room, the AC and heater only blew hot air, and auto mode didn’t work, so it got extremely hot. Breakfast wasn’t stocked, and the person behind the counter was on their phone instead of working. The hotel was extremely dirty. I should’ve paid attention to all the one star reviews. I’d never stay again.

My room smelled like dog and urine, and there was hair all over the bathroom. I couldn’t feel comfortable taking a shower. The AC also didn’t work at all, so the room was unbearably hot. The woman at the front desk had her boyfriend there on the phone talking about weed, and they kept going in and out to spend time with friends. It seemed really unprofessional. I’d never come back.

The staff was pretty friendly, but I wouldn’t stay here again. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and still had a strong odor. It was dirty too: hair in the shower and on the supposedly clean towels, stuff all over the floor, and hair, trash, and crumbs in the drawers. The door looked like it had jelly(?) smeared on it. The coffee supplies were open, the lamp bulb was broken, and half the lamps didn’t work. The bathroom sink was clogged when we arrived. We booked through Hotwire and couldn’t get a refund, or we likely would’ve tried to stay somewhere else.

The halls smelled like urine, damp old dog, and marijuana. My first room was on the ground floor, and the window had no lock, so I asked to switch. I couldn’t even get past the door in the second room: there were two big bags of dirty sheets and towels, and the bed hadn’t been made. The third room seemed okay from the doorway, but it smelled like an old dog. The bed was fine when I checked it, but the bathroom needed a serious scrub. I wasn’t going to shower there, though at least I could sleep and use the toilet. I’d stay next door.
