We found it easy to get here from SFO by public transit, and bus and traincar stops are close by. The area is very walkable, too. We came for an art show in the Golden Gate Park and could easily walk to the De Young Museum. The host was very communicative and went out of his way to help us. Our room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the shower had great pressure. The water dispenser in the room was a nice touch, and the shared bathroom was clean.

It’s not a spacious place, so keep that in mind, but the price and location are great. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice, and finding free street parking nearby made things easy. Staff were easy to communicate with.

I got a refund, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and the customer service wasn’t good when I first called to book. On the morning of New Year’s Eve, they called to say I couldn’t stay because they already had a reservation for that day, made back in November. I was extremely disappointed to be double booked.

We had a lovely stay in this quaint B&B in the Sunset district. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and my wife and I really enjoyed our time there. There’s lots to do on foot. We walked the Hidden Garden Steps up to Grandview Park early in the morning, and Golden Gate Park is walkable too. Grab a taro "Pineapple Bun" along the way! We took a Waymo to Twin Peaks to take in Sutro Tower. For laundry, I’d suggest Circle Wash near Sunset Reservoir. There may be closer places, but that gives you an excuse to stop by Sweet & Smile massage and Cafe Bakery Restaurant.

We got in without any trouble, and the host responded quickly whenever we had questions or concerns. The rooms and amenities matched what was shown on the website. We missed breakfast because we were in a race, so they left it in our fridge for later, and it made a great lunch. We’re already talking about coming back next year.
