Warwick San Francisco

Nestor at the desk was really friendly and helpful. My room was spotless, and getting to the tourist spots or catching public transit to go farther out was easy from here. I had a great stay at the Warwick and would happily come back to San Francisco and stay here again.

Our group came together in San Francisco after a bereavement, and the staff kindly made space for us to meet and spend time together. The room was lovely, with vintage character and all the comforts we needed. The bed was just right, and despite being on the street side, the room stayed quiet and had a lovely view at night. The Warwick clerk was kind, helpful, and efficient. We really appreciated the comfort and kindness.

I’m very happy staying here. It feels safe and quiet, and the location is so convenient that I’ll keep coming back. Nestor at the front desk is always welcoming, informative, and ready to help, with a smile. He goes well beyond what he has to do. Steve, Gonzalo, Britney, Denise, and Alberto have all been super friendly and helpful too. That kind of customer service is why I’ll stay loyal to this account. Mr. Guerrero is a very happy customer.

The location was excellent, easy to walk to most places, and convenient for Waymo pick-ups. We liked the two complimentary glasses of wine each night, too. Most of the staff were friendly, though the barman came across as unfriendly and seemed put out serving us. He left the wine on the bar instead of bringing it over. We booked an accessible one-bedroom suite. There was a decent amount of space, but the sliding doors were awkward to use, and the bathtub wasn't suitable for someone with a disability, which undermined the point of booking an accessible room. The sensor lights also kept disturbing us at night. We'd stay again, but choose a different room with a more thoughtful setup for comfort and accessibility.
