Towneplace Suites El Paso Northwest

The corner room was spacious, clean, and tidy, with two queen beds. We paid $730 for 3 nights. I couldn’t find a safe, though maybe one is available if you ask. I hadn’t realized the room came with a full kitchenette, including a stove, microwave, and full-sized fridge. It’s about 15 mins from downtown, an easy drive, and I’d stay again if I return to El Paso. We were here for bts for 3 nights, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good, with a waffle station, eggs and sausage every day, biscuits and gravy, spinach quiche, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels and muffins, oatmeal, and good orange juice.

The hotel is brand new, very clean, and staffed by friendly, attentive people. We had a fabulous stay, and the customer service was especially sweet after we got home. My son lost a tooth, but the tooth fairy forgot to leave money, so I asked the hotel to call back and leave a voicemail saying she’d gone to the hotel by mistake and would visit our house the next night. They did, and the message was adorable. My son was so surprised. Thank you so much.

The beds were really comfortable, and I liked the fire table and seating area out front. It’s close to the highway but set back about a block, so we didn’t hear the traffic. This is a nice new Towneplace Suites, and I love the automatic lights in the kitchen and entrance.

I had a small mobile key problem, but management fixed it quickly and without a hassle. The front desk team was friendly and accommodating throughout my work stay. Housekeeping and maintenance also worked around my unusual hours and kept the room clean. I really appreciated the service and would stay again.
