Our church paid for a room at this Super 8 while we were in town for prison ministry. Friends had recommended it, though they’d never actually stayed there. In room 109, the bathroom door was stuck and we had to push it open. There was poop all over the toilet lid. I went straight out and told my husband, then we reported it to a housekeeper outside. She said workers go into rooms to use the bathrooms and cleaned it up. We also saw how dirty the mirror was, and the TV was old. I was so disgusted I didn’t even think to take pictures. We decided to leave and go elsewhere. In the front office, the cleaning lady was telling the manager about the bathroom. We politely said we were leaving and that our church would contact them about a refund since we hadn’t stayed. He said that was fine. Later, our church was charged twice and couldn’t reach them, so we went back in person. The woman at the front desk was very rude. The man who’d earlier said the refund was okay then lied to her, claiming he’d offered us another room. How can someone rip off a church like this? Shame on them. They need to make this right.

Ria, the manager, and the rest of the hotel were very accommodating, especially given how little notice they had. I saw a lot of upgrades in my room since my previous trips, and I’m excited to see what they do next. Great place to stay.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The place smelled like smoke everywhere, and there were roaches everywhere too. The A.C. smelled of smoke. The TV had no stand, there was a hole in the wall and another in the bathroom door, and the water came out brown at first. Do not stay here.

I really do like this hotel. It feels like a home away from home, the showers have great pressure, the rooms are a good size, and the price is absolutely great. The new management seems good too. But there are a lot of problems. Floors in every room we’ve stayed in were gross and stained, and in our current room the carpet is coming off the wall where it should be tacked up. You can’t switch the shower to tub mode if you want a bath. Breakfast has just started up again after renovations, but it’s been disappointing. The milk was chunky and gross, the fridge it was in didn’t seem plugged in, and there were no waffles or yogurt. Housekeeping is also consistently poor. Every time, she takes our dirty towels and leaves fewer than we started with. With two people in the room, why leave just one bath towel, one hand towel, one washcloth, and no floor mat? This happens every single time. The housekeeper needs a refresher on the job, or they need someone new who’ll do it properly.

Ms.Amanda at the front desk is amazing, awesome, and right on top of things. She makes sure your stay is pleasant. The rooms are super clean and nice, and I highly recommend this place in Enid. The only downside is the small 32 inch TV, though I travel with my own larger smart TV. Give it a try, it’s worth your time and money.
