Great hospitality and awesome customer service. The GM is personable, hands on, and always available for questions. AGM Nataleigh made sure my refrigerator was clean and working, and checked that everything else worked too. Thanks to Zavius for cleaning the fridge and offering to put my belongings back. Ms Tina, the GSR agent who handles customers every day, deserves applause. A lot of them don't deserve her level of service, lol. Ms Barbara has always been patient while I work from “home” and keeps my room looking awesome.

The staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. It was a dated hotel, though, with old, worn sheets and pillows that felt like a sheet of paper. There was a heavy weed smell, especially from someone openly smoking in the parking lot. The guests were a very diverse bunch. No coffee was available at 7 am on Saturday, and I didn't evaluate the grab and go. It was a place to crash and let us bring my daughter's cat, so you get what you get.

When my husband and I hit rock bottom and had nowhere else to go, we found this place. The staff have been incredible and really taken care of us. Everyone is kind and friendly, and management is flexible and wonderful. They made us feel welcome and understood that we're human, doing the best we can with what we have. #417 happy here! This is a basic roadside hotel with a nice kitchenette, but the kitchenette is pretty useless without dishes or pots and pans unless you pay extra. There wasn't even a coffee pot. The place was clean on the surface and had what I needed, but it's old and shows it. There's mold in the shower grout, paint peeling off the wall, a TV remote that doesn't work, and other signs of poor maintenance or deep cleaning. The bath towel was postage stamp sized, too. It's your basic Motel 6 with a fancy name.
