Kevin Crockett made a real difference when I needed a room in a hurry on 2/19. He was at the Sheraton Bayfront front desk and found me an excellent room. He was very helpful and professional, and took a real interest in what I was going through. He checked in with me throughout my stay to see how I was doing. I’ll return to the sheraton because of him. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Joan

We got a room overlooking the bay, and the views were amazing. The hotel was really clean and modern, and such great value for the price. The location is great for just about anything you’d want to do.

Even with ice and snow everywhere, the hotel felt wonderful and vibrant. Every interaction was fantastic, from the front desk to the restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and especially Lila at the club. I wish I could name all the staff, and I’m sorry I can’t remember everyone else’s names. I’m so thankful and happy I stayed here, and I’m certainly coming back in May for two weeks.

I’ve stayed here several times when traveling to Erie for work and have loved it each time. The rooms are always clean, up to date, and I’ve never had a bad view. The on site restaurant has always been great, with tremendous views too. Platinum status gives you lounge access, where they serve breakfast, hot appetizers in the evening, and snacks around the clock. Lila B was very helpful on my visit this morning. I’d recommend staying here if you’re visiting Erie.

We had a great view of the bay, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. It felt more like a 3.5 to 4 star hotel to us, despite being rated 3 stars. Zachary was amazing through check-in and check-out. Brandy the housekeeper was very friendly and kept us supplied with everything we needed. Katelin, the host at the restaurant downstairs, was also very helpful with dining suggestions. A great place to stay.
