Comfort Suites Eugene University

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was nice. I enjoyed the breakfast area, especially the yogurt and waffles. The tub was a little clogged, though, and the AC made a lot of noise. The internet was completely out during my stay, which was boring and frustrating since I couldn’t do my work. A decent place for travelers overall.

I’ve returned to this Comfort Inn several times because it’s consistently reliable and the staff are friendly. It’s quiet, set a little away from I-5, while still making it easy to reach the freeway and places in Eugene and Springfield.

The staff were excellent, the food was great, and everyone was so nice. Still, I was shocked by how I was treated. I accidentally cut myself and left a drop of blood on a pillowcase and another on the fitted sheet. They emailed to say they were charging me an extra $60 and banning me from all their motels. When I called to ask what was happening, they refunded the $60 and said I could return, but warned that another incident like this would get me banned. I’ll never stay at a Comfort Suites Motel again. This happened at Comfort Suites Eugene Oregon.

We got there before check-in, and the front desk agent was welcoming and suggested a coffee shop nearby that turned out to be a great spot. The room was clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in at a hotel, even though I’ve stayed in quite a few. Breakfast was complimentary, delicious, and had good choices. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to family and friends visiting Eugene.
