We were there during a really difficult time, and the staff did everything they could to make the stay feel calm and comfortable. The rooms were comfortable, the food was good, and everyone working there was caring and wonderful. I can't say enough about the quality of the team. I'd definitely come back.

Our room was comfortable and clean, though very dated. The bigger issue was the noise: many rooms open onto a large courtyard with a pool and banquet area, and a band played live music on Saturday afternoon. The front desk told us it would go until midnight, and it was so loud it felt like we might as well have left the sliding glass door open. We were there for a local youth sports tournament with early games, and nobody warned us. There were no other rooms available. Staff didn't apologize and said I should have noticed the posters at the front entrance. The hotel is old and the walls are thin, so don't count on a good night's sleep if there's an event going on.

The pool was full of dead bugs, and the hotel really needs an update. We also had a horrible experience with management. The manager was rude to us, then they wouldn't acknowledge it, saying she was a partial owner.

The place is a little dated, but the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly. I liked the restaurant food and the bar lounge area. I'd stay here again.

It's an older hotel, but the pool and hot tub area were nice and I had a pleasant stay. I'd come back.
