The air unit barely worked, and when I switched it to AC it roared like a fire engine. The bed was extremely hard, the pillows were flat, and the refrigerator was filthy. Towels that should've been white looked gray, like they hadn't been washed properly. The desk clerk didn't understand or speak English, and the man was rude, talking down to people as if they were uneducated. Housekeeping tried to come in at 9:30 a.m. on checkout day, even though checkout wasn't until 11. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We killed three roaches in our first hour, the TV was stuck on closed captions no matter what we tried, and the water came out scalding hot regardless of the faucet setting. The room had been advertised for $70, but I was charged $103 because my family needed a place to stay while our car was being repaired. The lot was empty, yet the owner acted like he was doing me a favor by letting us stay. He was unfriendly and dismissive, with no sense of honor or integrity. The place felt dirty and dishonest, and I felt exploited. Don't stay here.

For $100 a room, it's not a bad place to stay. The only drawback was that the AC wouldn't go below the temperature the owner had set. Free WiFi, too.

The rooms smelled so bad I had a headache after five minutes, and they were unkempt with bugs around. The AC and heat didn't work, so there was just a small portable heater in the room. Customer service was the worst I've had. We had booked three days, but they refused to refund us. There went $600.

There are bedbugs and roaches here. I even carried a bedbug to the front desk in a napkin, but the man wouldn't come out to acknowledge the problem. When I called, they denied having any bugs. New mattresses and box springs don't help if the bugs are still there. The staff were really rude, and they wouldn't refund my money or give me another room and a free night.
