It smelled awful throughout, like pee, and the blankets had cigarette holes. The front desk woman spoke loudly, and we could hear their voices in the rooms until 2 or 3 in the morning. This was the worst hotel experience I've had. In my opinion, the place should be shut down. Stay away.

The woman working the front desk gave phenomenal customer service, which was the only good part of the stay. The room smelled like pee, with stains on the walls, dresser, bathroom, and bed. There was a giant squashed mosquito on the wall and a spider a few inches across in a corner. The bed had several cigarette burns, and the towels they left were half the size of regular ones or smaller. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The front desk staff are always kind and polite, and this place is better than some others in the area. My complaint is about the police, who are always driving through and trying to harass people. They used to park at the front door a couple of hours before shift change, blocking the pull-up area and wheelchair access, then sit in the lobby doing shift paperwork. I don't know if they still do, since I don't visit as often. They could park somewhere else when it's not an emergency. Much love to the front desk staff.

We only stopped here because every other hotel was booked and this was the only place available. The rooms were terrible and stank. At 2 a.m., while my husband and I were in bed trying to sleep, the window opened from outside and someone tried to get into our room. They ran off when they heard me scream. It was the worst experience of my life, and we left right away.

This place needs a complete overhaul, and the staff are very unprofessional. The first room had dead bugs in both beds and on the pillows, stained sheets, and a bad smell. I went to the desk to tell the front desk person and tried to show her pictures. She said, “I don’t need to see them...I believe you,” then gave me another room. There weren't bugs in that room, but it still wasn't clean. My friends' room had roaches and no working heat. I'd never stay here again.
