The location worked well, and the staff were nice. That was about the only good part. The hot tub was a disaster, and the bathroom was alarming. New carpet and lamps can't make up for a facility that's clearly past its time. When someone brought towels, they said you have to fiddle with the switch to get it to turn on. This wasn't a cheap stay, so I expected better.

Josh was fantastic during my stay on 6/19/18. He went well beyond what his job called for, and I appreciate it so much. I'd recommend he get a raise if I could. The place has really turned around, and I'll definitely be back.
