Room 105 was a letdown. Three outlets and the refrigerator didn't work, the toilet seat was loose, and the smoke detector was covered. The top sheet had a large cigarette burn, and the pillowcases were gross. Very disappointing.

There were bugs crawling on me within five minutes of sitting down, and I saw cockroaches coming out of the floors and walls. I couldn't identify the bugs I found in the bed. The sheets had blood stains, appeared to have been turned inside out instead of changed, and the towels weren't washed. When I asked for clean sheets so I could remake the bed, they said they had none. There was fecal matter and what looked like various bodily fluids on the walls and across the surfaces. I also believe there are cameras in the rooms. The WiFi seems like a scam, and they charged more than the room cost, so check your card afterward. They don't give refunds. People who aren't staying there hang around the lobby and parking lot and mess with vehicles, so lock your doors. This isn't worth your time or money.

The beds were so comfy, and the rooms smelled like lavender. I loved the coffee, the food was great, and the showers couldn't have been better. Perfect for a quick stay. This hotel was so great, I'll be coming back.

I was put at the far end of the hall even though I was recovering from L3-S1 three-level fusion surgery and use two crutches when I'm not in my wheelchair. The bed was actually comfortable, which was about the only redeeming thing. Half the lights were out, only two outlets worked, and the phone was broken when I tried to call the front desk. No frills really doesn't cover it.
