Renovations are underway here, and the furnishings were a little sparse, probably because of the work. Still, everything in our room worked, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The fridge and microwave were welcome additions, and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We brought our two cats, which were welcome, and the $10 pet fee was fine with me. It's one of the few places left with smoking rooms. You'd never have guessed ours was one, given how clean it was. The price was reasonable. It isn't a 5 star property and doesn't claim to be, but it's a diamond in the rough with a lot of potential as the work continues. I'll definitely return.

Our balcony room had a lovely view, plus handy things like a mini fridge, hair dryer, and coffee maker. They also offer shuttle service for concerts and events. It's an older place that's being updated bit by bit, and what it lacks in looks it makes up for with its atmosphere and service. The food is awesome, and the staff are welcoming, dedicated, and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Update: We cancelled our wedding and had an agreement that we'd get our money back. Months passed while we tried to be patient, then they stopped responding. More than a year later, we still haven't been refunded, so we're finally going to court with this horrible place to try to get our money back. Don't have your wedding here. They're nice until it stops being convenient for them. When we first booked the venue, we were asked to write the earlier review, before we knew what would happen. At that point, we were planning our wedding here for the following year and everything seemed great. They answered our questions, looked after our needs, and went above and beyond to make us happy. The food was amazing, and they were fixing up the rooms and making improvements. I hoped our day would go as I dreamed. The owner, Angelo, was making sure of that.

Wednesday karaoke was a highlight. The DJ knows his stuff and is really entertaining, and the restaurant has a range of tasty dishes. Even in a slow-paced, quaint town, they have activities to keep you engaged. I really appreciate how sincere and hardworking the staff are, and how much care they put into making a stay memorable. Thanks to everyone for giving my family such a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend a visit.

The room was 40 degrees when we arrived, with the heater off. It did work, but it took until the middle of the night for the room to feel comfortable. The hotel is in a scenic spot, the price was good, and the amenities were adequate. I'd probably look elsewhere next time, though I'd stay here again if I couldn't find another place in the area for the same price.
