I didn't feel like heading out or having pizza delivered one night, so I ordered buffalo wings with blue cheese dressing and crunchy fries from the little restaurant on the first floor. Everything was very good. 👍

I was there for two work nights, on the third floor, while the fourth floor was closed for major renovations. The noise on the first day was bearable. The next day, I got back from work around 2 pm, and by about 4 my room smelled like varnish. When I stepped into the hallway to leave for a client dinner, the odor was overwhelming. I have asthma and had problems all night. The hotel tried to air things out by opening windows, but guests should have been warned that volatile chemicals were being used while the hotel remained open. They also should have posted a renovation notice during booking.

Our reservation was in place, but we still waited 25 minutes for the rooms to be “cleaned,” while other guests were also asking whether theirs were ready. The customer service and location are amazing, but the rooms had a strong chemical smell that was awful. The hotel is under renovation. Do not stay here!

The Bistro staff were lovely, and everyone was super friendly. Everything else was great, though I wish my room had a microwave. I would have given five stars all the way across if it had one.

The room was good, but the TV picture could've been better. There were six bright spots in the middle, and the rest of the screen looked darker.
