We slept well, and breakfast had several good options. The hotel was clean, with a large bathroom and shower, lots of counter space, and water that heated up quickly. The little wall-mounted tables by the bed were small, but there was another movable table available. The location is handy for U of A games, with lots of places to eat nearby. It's also close to the freeway for trips to Rogers and Springdale or heading home.

We enjoyed the pool, the hot breakfast with lots of choices each morning, and having hot coffee and hot water for tea available. Still, this was only a tolerable stay, and we won't come back or recommend this Hampton Inn. We had to move rooms multiple times: Room 100 smelled strongly of mold, then Room 200 had a leak that soaked the floor near the bathroom and bed. The next room was smaller, which was frustrating for our family traveling with pets. During our five-day stay, housekeeping “cleaned” the room once, but didn't vacuum, sweep, or wipe anything down. Hot water was very limited in the shower, and there was none for a bath. The hotel otherwise had the usual Hampton Inn amenities.

Breakfast was good and the coffee was great. For the price, I was happy and would come back. I slept well, though the room needs some maintenance: the tub drain wouldn't stay open for a shower, the toilet paper holder pulled out of the drywall, the TV remote didn't work, and I couldn't open the window shades, probably because their remote was bad.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, though some weren't great. It was still a nice bonus to have something before getting back on the road instead of needing to find a meal elsewhere. The room was great, and the hotel seemed clean throughout. I'd definitely stop here again.
