I booked a room online because my daughter had a baby. The lobby was locked when I got there, and I waited about 20 minutes after using the outside phone before anyone came. They said they couldn't find my room until I showed them the reservation, then they located it. The first room hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests, and there was trash outside. They moved me, but the next room had bedbugs and roaches all over the bed, walls, and stove. They said they needed to go in and spray something before I entered because someone hadn't flushed the toilet. People were screaming next door and music was blaring from other rooms. I went straight back to my car and left.

My girlfriend and I were really disappointed with our stay and won't come back. There were signs everywhere saying no smoking, but four girls were smoking weed just outside our room, and we smelled it all night. The sheets and counters had cigarette burns. The shower leaked and sprayed water onto the walls, and glitter covered the floor where you'd expect to step out onto something clean. There was a hole in the back of the bathroom door, another in the wall just outside the bathroom, and missing flooring by the bed. The light fixture didn't work, so the only lights we could turn on were beside the bed. I don't understand why they'd rent a room that dirty. Extended Stay really disappointed me.

This felt like cheap, unsafe housing, with drugs being dropped off and used in plain sight, fights outside, and people smoking weed with residents. The staff were rarely in the office, and the place had cockroaches. Police drove through maybe once a week. There was no working air conditioning for six of the nearly three weeks I stayed. They said they checked me out because I hadn't paid from Sunday onward, even though I had a reservation through 13 days later and my card was on file. I had to pay extra for two days, then pay again for the rest of the reservation. I told them I was in school and would sometimes be away for as long as three days, even though I was paying for those nights. I never once got fresh towels, sheets, or cleaning service. There weren't any kitchen utensils, coffee pot, cups, or silverware either. So much for the quality they advertise for Extended Stay America.

I was in town for a serving job I wanted, and this place was nearby, so I stayed here for five or six months. The room was comfortable, nice, and clean, with no bugs. It was quiet, I met a few great people, and the staff were amazing and very professional. I had no problems and was very pleased with my stay. I look forward to coming back in a week or so.
