The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The woman who helped me check in was really helpful, and I loved the service.

The room smelled, the carpet was dirty, and cockroaches, both dead and alive, were all over the floor and crawling around in the bathroom sink. At the front desk, the guy mostly pointed at signs in the window and barely spoke when I first tried to get a room. We'd stopped in quickly late at night, and it was a horrible mistake. We left right away and did at least get all our money back. Filthy place. I'd never recommend it.

A family member has stayed at this motel twice for lengthy visits, spending a decent amount, and the first stay went fine. Right now she doesn't have a phone, so I've had to call and get connected to her room. After not hearing from her for a couple of days, I called because I was worried. The first person who answered was fine at first, but got an attitude when I asked to be connected. The call didn't go through, so I said I'd try again shortly. When I called back to ask whether she'd checked out, I was trying to explain how serious the situation felt to me when the receptionist, Lola or something like that, started raising her voice and yelling over me. I don't recommend staying here. The owners or management should talk with their employees. And if that person who answered knows I'm talking about her, if you don't like answering phones or connecting calls to rooms, FIND A NEW JOB.

We stopped here overnight with our dogs on the way to and from Orlando Florida. It's a convenient place near 95, and the two staff members we met were pleasant and helpful. The rooms are basic, with original but clean bathrooms, a coffee pot, refrigerator, and microwave. The bed was OK, though the pillows weren't great. There was traffic noise, but keeping the fan on the AC/heater running all night helped. For a 2 star hotel, I wasn't expecting much, and it was pretty decent.
