The room was spotless, and the staff were genuinely helpful. A young man at the front desk quickly brought toilet paper when I asked, and later another gentleman delivered the missing shampoo and extra towels. Both were professional and very nice. There wasn't enough toilet paper to start with, no shampoo, and too few towels for our group. Breakfast was the bigger letdown: most of the hot food was cold, and the sugar-free, 0-calorie strawberry kiwi juice tasted spoiled, so I couldn't drink it. If they checked rooms to make sure supplies were stocked and kept breakfast hot, this could have been a 5-star stay. The team is excellent, but the logistics need work.

The hotel is handy for Fort Liberty, Cross Creek Mall, and restaurants like Luigi’s Italian Chophouse and Circa 1800. I had a really good stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fayetteville North and would happily return or recommend it. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and professional. There’s a small but well-equipped gym, a relaxing first-floor pool, and complimentary coffee all day. Breakfast runs from 8-11 a.m. and has plenty of choices.

We paid a lot and came away disappointed with our family vacation. This was the second Hilton hotel in one week to let us down, and I'm going back to Marriott. I couldn't use the pool either. Another review says it may be cold, like the pool in Pooler, Ga, so maybe that's just how Hilton pools are. For our next stay this week, I've decided to book an Airbnb. smh. We waited an hour for a luggage cart, and there seemed to be only two for a four-story building. At 9:25am I asked the front desk for bathing gel and wash cloths because the shower dispenser was empty. The suite had only two wash clothes for four people. Nobody came, either after I asked in person or when we called housekeeping at 11am. We went back to the desk at 11:30am to get them ourselves. Breakfast around 9:25-9:30 was missing waffle mix, sausage, French toast, and fresh fruit, though other guests had those foods on their plates. Several families who came down after us were also disappointed by the limited choices. Three of the four juice options on the machine were broken, leaving only the yucky enhanced water. There was no non-dairy milk, so my family members with dairy allergies had to eat cereal with water.

The rooms were very nice, and the hotel was clean and quiet. William and Keressa at the front desk were polite and pleasant, and the staff were excellent. I really liked the breakfast bar ❤️❤️. I can't say enough about this place, it's a great spot to stay.

The location worked great for us, and the place was clean. Heat and door access both worked, and parking was fine. The pool could be a smidgen warmer. We kept being told housekeeping or the front desk would bring fresh towels, so we ended up using pool towels. I asked the desk for a shower cap, was told they'd get one, and never got it, so I used a plastic bag lol. The kids upstairs ran around like the Indy 500 until midnight; banging on the ceiling finally got them to stop. Lobby coffee was often empty, even during breakfast.
