Super 6 Inn & Suites

This is probably the worst motel in Pensacola, and there are some bad ones. The front desk guy was rude and obnoxious and didn't care about anything except what he had to say. The worst motel in all of Pensacola.

I paid for my stay and have receipts and photos to prove it. The first room had stains in the tub, so I asked the lobby for another. The next room was even worse and had the same bathroom stains. I also saw roaches and bed bugs, and the microwave and fridge were disgusting. Floorboards were held together with black duct tape. I couldn't stay more than three hours before packing up and leaving. At the front office I asked for a refund, but the employee, who was braiding a client's hair, said they couldn't give me one. The General Manager is Mahendra Patel. I don't know how this place is still in business. It should be shut down and doesn't deserve even one star.

BEWARE: write a review and get kicked out. There were cops everywhere. You will not get your deposit back, no matter what. The rooms are disgusting and vile, and the locks don't keep random people out. The staffing is terrible. A permitted resident has a giant pitbull. Save your money and your life by staying anywhere else.

I'd love to hear from the owner or manager. I'm extremely upset after spending $400 for a week here. There was blood on the floor. Staff entered my room at 2am, and when I brought it up at the front desk, they got aggressive and said it never happened. I asked the disrespectful morning front desk agent to move me because the AC didn't work, and they put me in a room with no cable. Staff are always sitting in the lobby, so you have to wait at the window. When I asked for towels, the agent just asked, "where are your other towels" and said nothing else. I assumed the cleaning staff had picked them up. Lots of staff stay in rooms here.
