Best Western Plus Victor Inn & Suites

The billing looked wrong at first, though in hindsight it may have been my mistake. Both the representative and the manager were patient and understanding, and they fixed it quickly. My husband and I also enjoyed the indoor pool, and breakfast was better than I expected. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The breakfast station employee was lively and even cracked a joke, which made the meal more enjoyable. At the front desk, a gentleman with an accent stayed patient and engaged despite so many kids running around. He was kind and helpful. These two employees really made the customer experience.

I’ve stayed here several times and like the hotel itself, but the area around it feels like a party zone. There’s always a car idling with someone inside when I walk to my vehicle, whatever the time of day. It makes me feel watched and uncomfortable. Maybe it’s coincidence, or maybe the person is dealing drugs or using them in the car, but I can’t say for sure. That back corner of the parking lot needs to be monitored.

The King room was comfortable, with a decent refrigerator and microwave, and I used the convenient Blink EV Charger for my car. The complimentary breakfast had several choices, and the stay at this Best Western Plus in Victor was a good value, with things mostly as advertised. A couple of things were frustrating: non-EVs were parking in the charging spaces, which the owner could easily address, and guests at several parties in our hallway got somewhat loud late at night. I suppose that kind of disturbance comes with hotel stays.
