I changed my review after seeing the bill this morning. I was charged for two days of parking in the hotel's lot, even though I was paying to stay there. Why? Because I hadn't joined the corporation that owns the hotel. Before arriving, I tried four times in two different ways to sign up, but it wouldn't work. Between that and the sneaky extra charge, I definitely don't want to join now. Other hotels are more straightforward about billing. If you stay here, check your receipt before you leave. Before the bill, it seemed like the right place for my solo weekend trip from Tucson to Flagstaff for continuing education. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was handy for everything I needed. I never had to drive more than 10 minutes in any direction. I'd stay here again if I return for more classes, though I wish there were charging ports beside the bed for my phone.

The location was convenient, about half a mile from I40, though we missed the driveway the first time because its sign was tiny. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was standard-sized and had a thermostat for heating and cooling. The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower, no tub, which was fine, but the vanity light was too dim for shaving. The faucet aerator needs replacing because water sprayed everywhere. The bed was softer than I like. Breakfast was free and had plenty of variety. It was a pleasant stay, and we'd come back.

This Fairfield Inn and Suites lived up to the brand's reputation for spotless rooms, tasty free breakfast, and plenty of parking. The rooms were spacious, the staff friendly and helpful, and the hotel gym was high quality. It's also a great base for a day trip to the Grand Canyon.

Even with the hotel packed over the holidays, everything stayed clean and ran smoothly. Breakfast seating was always full, but the area never became a mess. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was easy despite our booking several rooms. Special thanks to manager Jackson for being especially helpful and kind with all our needs. We had a wonderful holiday stay with our multi-generation family and used Flagstaff as a base to explore the area. The hotel was a perfect fit for the trip. Thanks for making it such a good time for our whole family!

There were loads of breakfast choices, the bathroom was spacious, and the location was great. Staff were friendly and the rooms clean. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.
