The staff were so friendly, and they were honest when our housekeeper found my husband’s Apple Watch in the room after checkout. She took it to the front desk, and they called us. We really appreciated that. Our family’s room was clean and had two queen beds, a sectional that pulled out into a full bed, cable TV with Chromecast for streaming apps from our phones, a microwave, mini fridge, blow dryer, makeup wipes, and more. The lobby was clean and modern too. There’s a 24 hour mini convenience store, a bar/restaurant, free breakfast, and even a mini Starbucks inside. We paid only 112 for the night, or 85 for members, so it was very affordable. Highly recommend, and we’ll be back.

Our room was clean and worked perfectly for the family, and we enjoyed having the pool. Breakfast was delicious both mornings, with lots of choices. Check-in and checkout service were wonderful, as was the woman helping with breakfast. The location is perfect too. Parking does cost, but they’re clear about that on the website and at check-in. Breakfast can also cost, though becoming a World of Hyatt member should make it free. Kids 5 and under eat free as well.

The room was beautiful and looked brand new, with very comfortable beds and a big TV with basic cable. The front desk staff were nice and offered to look into the breakfast mix-up when I checked out, though I’m not sure I’ll return. The rooms cost too much for service like this. At check-in the night before, a gentleman said breakfast was usually open from about 8:00 to 10:30. After showering, I went down at 9am, but at 9:01 the young woman blocked me from entering and said it was too late, they were closed. There was still plenty of food on the cooktops, and nothing had even been loaded onto her cart. She wouldn’t listen when I explained what I’d been told. The couple who came after me were turned away too. It seems the evening and day shifts had been given different information. I would’ve come earlier if I’d known, and it’s a shame so much food was left when I couldn’t even get a small plate. All I got was coffee.

The room was fine and the staff were friendly, but this was my worst stay at a Hyatt, and I probably won’t stay at one again. With three toddlers, the pool was a major reason we booked. I called ahead and was assured it was open and heated. It was open, but not heated in the middle of winter. It was too cold for us; my son got in for a few minutes and came out shivering. We told the staff, who said they’d check, but no one came even after we waited more than 30 minutes. Breakfast was another problem. It cost $11 per person for an ordinary hotel breakfast, the sort I’ve had for free everywhere else. I wouldn’t pay $33 for my three toddlers to eat four bites. I’d strongly advise staying somewhere else if you’re coming to Flagstaff.

The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, with roomy rooms and a quiet atmosphere. Staff were friendly and efficient, so check-in and the stay went smoothly. It’s conveniently placed for downtown Flagstaff and trips to the Grand Canyon and other nearby attractions. A reliable, comfortable choice. One thing to keep in mind: parking isn’t free, if I remember correctly.
