The staff were polite and helpful, but the bathroom had a serious black mold problem. I wanted to ask for my money back, only to learn refunds weren't allowed, so I stayed rather than lose what I'd paid. The mold bothered me enough that I bought bleach, disinfectant, and Lysol and cleaned the room myself, scrubbing surfaces and trying to get rid of the smell. I didn't find bedbugs, thankfully, but there were lots of fruit flies. The quilt was stained and covered in burn marks, so I bought a replacement blanket. I tried to make the stay bearable, but it was a pretty awful situation.

The staff were cool, and I didn't see bugs, but the bathroom ceiling had mold and a bad smell. The place really needs major updates.

I had to drive over at midnight to drop off blankets for someone. They were paying 110 for a room with no heat. The service was rude, and the whole place smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I hope new management improves things, but so far it doesn't look promising.

I was told I'd get a refund, but it's been more than two weeks and now they're saying I wasn't even in the system on check-in day. The room also had bedbugs, and the staff and management seemed disorganized and unprofessional. The whole experience was really disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend renting here. Save yourself the stress and stay somewhere else.

The staff were pleasant, and the rooms and common areas were decent. Cleaning was above average, though not perfect. We had a refrigerator, microwave, two chairs, and good curtains, but no tissues or towels, and we were running low on toilet paper. The heat and TV didn't work at first, though we eventually figured out the problems. For a budget motel, it's still worth considering.
