I just wanted my bra back. It was brand new with the tags still on, and I know I left it in the room. I realized it was missing from my belongings and went straight to the front desk. I hadn’t left the hotel, and I checked into another room, where I again saw it wasn’t with my things. The front desk woman and the housekeeping manager tried to help, but it was never found. The front desk woman was kind and pleasant, while the GM chimed in during our conversation and seemed bothered that I wanted my belongings. I’ve worked for Hampton Inn, and housekeepers are supposed to turn in anything left in a room. They should be held to that standard, not treat it like finders keepers. The bra wasn’t a tip! Hilton is a valuable company nationwide, and I can’t imagine they’d be okay with staff keeping guests’ things after they’ve paid to stay. This made my experience horrible.

The rooms are clean, the price is easy on your wallet, and it’s worth every dime. I love stopping here. Tamara, who handles breakfast, is the best, super friendly and always helpful, and London is the sweetest young lady. Keep up the great work, ladies.

I travel around the US for work, and this was the best stay I’ve ever had. Clean, friendly, and hospitality done right. The breakfast will knock your socks off, if you’re wearing any.

The breakfast update: it was really good, and the biscuits and gravy were delicious. The room itself was rough for $200 a night. The toilet wouldn’t flush, the sink left barely any room to get your hands under the faucet, the smell was awful, and the ceiling had patches that weren’t repainted. The bathroom door was awkward, and planes kept flying over. I’d just stayed at a private mountaintop Airbnb with a hot tub for $100 a night, so this was a shock. I don’t recommend it.

Arlene greeted all of us with a big smile and lots of hugs. We spent two nights here on a bus trip, and our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good the first morning. The electricity was out the second, but the staff did what they could and ordered Chick-fil-A so we’d have something to eat before our final day.
