The breakfast was good and a lot of fun, and the whole stay had a playful feel that made me feel like a kid again. We booked at the last minute for that same night. The staff were wonderful, the room was clean, and it had a king bed and a really big TV. There were board games and billiards that were easy to get to, plus a fire pit outside on the patio. A man smoking a cigar near it was a bit of a turnoff. I do wish hotel pools stayed open later, or had an adults only hour at the end of the day, especially when the pool is as small as this one.

The hotel was very clean and smelled nice, and the front desk staff were friendly. We left our car there for four days while traveling, and everything was fine. We also arranged the shuttle easily. It arrived on time and the ride went smoothly. The room shades were excellent. I went to bed in daylight for an early departure and the room was completely dark. We left before breakfast and coffee, so I can't comment on those.

It's easy to find, the rooms were clean, and the beds were good, but the rooms are small and noisy, probably because of the laminate floors. The amenities were nice, though the staff didn't feel professional. At check-in, they made comments about another guest hiding a dog, and pushed us to sign up for Honors without showing us the pool or other amenities. The overnight employee sounded miserable and complained loudly about having to work. At breakfast, housekeeping cleaned aggressively around us, parking the vacuum beside my daughter and putting chairs up on either side of us while we were eating. We also couldn't connect to the wifi in the lobby. They gave me an 1800 number, but I ended up finding a workaround on reddit. For a $200 a night hotel, it didn't feel worth it. I'd try the very popular HomeSuites in the same parking lot.

We were in town looking at houses ahead of a move to Ky, and this was a great choice. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, the mattress was comfortable, and there was a fridge in the room. Breakfast was decent, and everyone at the front desk was very nice. We'll stay here again on future trips and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The 24 hour shuttle was a big help when my flight landed three hours late. The staff went out of their way to help, and I'd definitely stay here again. It's about a 15 minute ride to and from the airport. The property is newer and modern, set back in a quiet area with plenty of grass, trees, and sidewalks. I was really impressed with the customer service.
