We stayed four nights recently while visiting family. The staff were very courteous, and the hotel felt clean and private. I got the same kind of service and amenities as at a nearby chain that cost twice as much. I’d recommend America's Best Value to anyone watching their budget, and I’ll come back.

Sept30-Oct1, 2012. The room was dirty, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and the tub had mold. Breakfast was awful, and a banana seemed like the safest thing to eat. This place has really gone downhill. It needs a serious cleanup, and I won’t stay here again.

For $160 a night, I expected a bed I could sleep on. It was the worst one I’ve ever had. The hotel is old and run down, and far too expensive. If a good night’s sleep matters, don’t come here!

The breakfast was awesome, and we had a wonderful time together. We enjoyed the swimming and hot tub, and the room service was good too.
