I changed rooms three times because they weren’t ready for guests. The room I finally got was tiny and smelled bad, nothing like what I expected from the booking. Staff said they’d refund part of the cost for the trouble, but no refund ever came. This was frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The beds were neatly made, the rooms were orderly and very clean, and the mattresses were so comfortable I wished I could’ve stayed asleep longer. But there was no microwave tray, no hand towels or wash rags, and the bars of soap were tiny. Smh 🤦.

I was showering when I spotted a BIG RED SPIDER climbing into the bathroom and onto my towel. Spiders are my biggest fear, so I waited about ten minutes, then watched it leave the towel and head toward the bed. I got out, grabbed my belongings, and ran naked into the hallway to get dressed. After a long day of work, I couldn’t rest and left. The front desk host was rude and careless, and when I reported what happened, the staff weren’t concerned and the girl gave me attitude. If you’re afraid of bugs or spiders, and expect staff to care, stay away!

We booked a month here with our 6 pound cat, but after arriving with all our things, the woman at the desk told us they don’t accept cats. The hotel says “Pet Friendly” on its website and in my booking, with nothing saying cats weren’t allowed. It should say dogs only. Thanks for ruining my vacation. Call first if you’re bringing a pet.
