I have an autoimmune disease, so it’s a big deal to me when someone touches my clothes and personal things. Housekeeping ignored the do not disturb sign and handled my belongings anyway. When I left, I also saw mattresses being left to touch the sidewalk outside, even though there was a cart they were supposed to be on. The guy seemed too lazy to use it. They also tried to charge my card before check-in so they could cancel my reservation. The place is dirty, and it feels like a scam to charge people more for rooms. When I reported it to the front desk, she laughed and told me to call the manager. Awful service. Don’t stay here.

There’s free coffee at the office, and it’s really good. The rooms have what you need, including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot. We felt safe, it was fairly quiet, and we got a decent amount of sleep. The hotel is inexpensive and clean, with a convenient spot near shopping and restaurants. I gave it four stars because the rooms are pretty outdated. It’s a no-frills place.

Amanda at the desk was extremely polite and helpful. Our room was spotless, but the heat wasn’t working. She came right away with key cards for another room, checked its heater first, and left it running for us. The housekeeping and morning staff were accommodating too. The hotel was easy to find.

The check-in girl was very sweet, but this room was a waste of my 15,000 points. It badly needed updating, the AC was noisy, the microwave needed replacing, and the bathroom was tiny. The towels were very thin. The Pakistani guy had no personality and wasn’t friendly.

The beds were tiny and horrible, and both the floor and bathroom were dirty enough that I had to disinfect as much as I could. For what they charge, the rooms feel like they belong in a run-down hotel, and the place should be getting more investment. I also think it’s insane to check in at 3 p.m. and have to leave by 11 a.m. the next day. Hotels should change that.
