Motel 6 Ft. Pierce, FL, Fort Pierce

The staff at the office, except for one or two representatives, are outstanding. Housekeeping does good work too, though twice they forgot to ask whether I wanted my room cleaned. But for the last three days there’s been a major cockroach invasion, and people leave dog mess everywhere. Then they point the finger at you, as if your dog has to be on a leash when nobody else has theirs on one. Construction goes on constantly, with grinding, banging, and slamming. You can’t get a peaceful day to relax, and the pool is closed. There’s very little coffee and no creamer. This isn’t the employees’ fault, it’s the ownership or whoever runs this place. Repairs may be needed, but the noise all week is too much. For my final night, I was put in the wrong room, so my passkey didn’t work, and they questioned me while trying to sort it out. I’ll never stay at another Motel 6 again. There are better places, including one by Wyndham, only five miles away, for another $15. They have breakfast, coffee, a nice restaurant on the property, and it’s an amazing, beautiful place. Spend a little extra and get more for your money. Avoid this place.

When I had a room problem, Sway understood what I’d gone through to book it and took care of me. She made me feel like a valued customer. She has a welcoming personality as soon as you come in, and she kept things professional while customers were upset about the hot-water problems, even managing to keep people smiling. Sway does her job and then some. She deserves recognition, a promotion, and a raise for the service she provides.

The manager’s professionalism, experience, and welcoming energy made this the best Motel 6 stay I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt valued, comfortable, and well looked after. He runs the place like a pro and deserves recognition. He turned a simple visit into an exceptional stay.

There was no towel, toilet paper, or soap, shampoo, conditioner, or anything else in sight, so I couldn’t shower. The door was damaged, and the floor was caving in as soon as I walked into the room. I could have fallen through it and been badly hurt. This building needs inspection and repairs for safety, and I’m reporting it. Do you care about human lives, or just money? Have a heart and a soul. I wish I could get back the money I wasted. I’d rather have slept in my car or on the streets than in this joke of a motel. If I could leave no stars, I would. No one should stay here. This place needs to be condemned.
