Goldie at the front desk really made the visit for us. She was warm, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure things went smoothly. The hotel itself was clean, well maintained, and had a pleasant feel. It’s nice to get that kind of service, and we’d happily stay again.

My room was clean, and the shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water. Goldie at the desk was great, friendly and helpful. I couldn’t seem to get the WiFi in my room, though the lobby connection worked fine. Maybe the router wasn’t reaching it. I’d definitely recommend the place.

Goldie made me feel at home with how attentive, caring, and friendly she was. She’s also one of the most professional and nicest people I’ve dealt with at a hotel. The greeting here is always a smile, and I’d recommend this location to anyone visiting Fort Wayne. Great service.

We were there for five nights, and a few more conveniences would’ve helped, like a larger mini fridge, laundry, a pool or spa, and more than one ice machine and microwave, both of which are downstairs. The basic continental breakfast was sufficient, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a quarter to half mile walk. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff were amazing and accommodating. They went beyond what I expected whenever I asked for something. For a night or two, it’d be perfect; on a longer stay, I missed some of those extras.
