The location was convenient, with an upscale shopping center, restaurants, and a gas station stocked with snacks nearby. The cost was fair, and I appreciated having a small refrigerator. My room was spacious and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

For the price, this place was beyond what I expected. The room was clean and big enough, with a handy fridge and microwave and a good TV. It was decently quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Everything was great, and I'll definitely be back.

Don't book an event here! We reserved an event room for a baby shower, but there were lots of full boxes, extra lamps, and furniture piled in the kitchen area. We were told to hold the party around it. When I offered to move to another location, the manager was so frazzled she didn't want to deal with us anymore and told us to leave. After an argument, she agreed to move the boxes and let us stay. Halfway through the event, water started leaking heavily from the ceiling. I even helped clean up and deal with it. Despite all that, management never offered a refund or any compensation. They didn't return our calls or try to fix the problem. Poor management and customer service.

It was handy having a refrigerator and microwave in the room, and the rooms themselves were fine. The non-smoking floor was frustrating, though, because someone nearby kept smoking regularly. Breakfast was adequate but simple. Each day there were bagels with butter, cream cheese, or peanut butter, plus cereal, oatmeal, hardboiled eggs, and apples, with milk or juice.
