Everyone was kind and humble, and the employees went out of their way to help. The rooms were great, and the customer service was amazing. My stay was a 10 out of 10, and I’d recommend this place.

We won’t stay at this hotel again. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and we spent the night tossing and turning without real rest. Even though checkout was at 11:00 a.m. and we’d been approved for a late checkout at 12:00 p.m., housekeeping came at 10:00 a.m. to turn over the room. It defeated the point of the late checkout and left us feeling rushed and unwelcome. We also couldn’t reach the front desk from the room phone. The phone didn’t work, and the room number printed on it wasn’t ours. Calls from our personal phones rang until they disconnected. When we finally raised the problem with staff, we were rudely told we’d have to come downstairs for anything we needed, despite being on the 4th floor. At one point I went down and stood at the desk for about four minutes before anyone acknowledged me. One employee was scrolling on her phone, then looked up and had another employee speak to me because she clearly didn’t want to. From arrival onward, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive, making simple interactions feel like a nuisance. The poor communication and lack of professionalism made for an extremely disappointing stay.

The room needed serious repairs, and its door was so far out of alignment that we had to throw ourselves against it to open it. Staff didn’t seem to care, and the location felt sketchy at best. We were greeted with, “I’ll need some type of payment,” with no recognition of our Hilton Honors status or any kindness. This may once have been an OK hotel, but it isn’t now. Not our best Hampton experience.

We were on the 4th floor for four nights. The hotel was clean and the rooms were average, but the shower had almost no water pressure. It felt like hot water was just spitting on you, and the people in the neighboring room said they had the same problem. The bed was hard as a rock, either because they’d run out of mattress toppers or didn’t have any.
