After 25 consecutive days here, I don’t feel this place is worth the money. The staff at the bar are friendly and polite, but the prices are ridiculous. Dinner was two-star quality, breakfast one-star, and they don’t serve lunch or even let you order it at the bar. The dining and bar have no phone for asking about specials, menus, or prices. Front desk staff are polite but not knowledgeable, and can’t help over the phone. They just ask you to come down in person. The room has no shower drain cover, the sink stopper doesn’t work, and the TV is more than 15 years old and about 32 inches. The TV, internet, and cable service are awfully inadequate, and you can’t connect your own devices to the TV. You get paper coffee cups. The continental buffet costs $15, it isn’t free, and it’s no better than a typical one. There’s also a $25 per day incidental charge paid up front. Mine was $625. The shower floor makes shower slides seem like a good idea. I still have 10 days left in my stay. This hasn’t been a glowing review, but it reflects my experience throughout my occupancy so far. If you stay here, bring your own entertainment and food, and hope you don’t need help from the front desk. It only feels like a Hilton by name.

Breakfast was delicious, and the service was fantastic from check-in through checkout. The rooms were spotless and felt fresh and well cared for, without that funky hotel-room smell you sometimes get elsewhere. A special shoutout to the young lady bartender, who knows how to make a proper Old Fashioned. I thought the stay was excellent value and would happily return to the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport.

Ms. Bella was easily the best part of our stay. She was so friendly and helpful, and the bed was soft. The rooms need attention, though: ours was very dusty, the curtain was torn almost from top to bottom, and a pile of cookies or crackers sat right outside our door the entire time. The food was okay, but the bartender was rude. This Hilton needs some work.

We chose this place because it was 1 mile from the event we were attending. Everyone was courteous and welcoming, especially Anya, who was professional and always ready to help. I’d highly recommend the breakfast bar.

The staff were wonderful, which makes the condition of the place a real pity. The facilities are badly outdated and need repairs: loose tiles, torn carpet, chipped bed frames, and visibly stained couches. Fabric on many of the dining chairs was torn too. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you care about how things look or want a clean feeling.
