I was here for 11 days and had to ask for housekeeping. They came only once, even though the room signage says service is every other day. My trash can filled up and was never emptied. Breakfast was okay, but the waffle batter was watered down and made bad waffles. Decent hotel, but a few improvements could make it much better.

We paid a very good price, including breakfast for four, and the breakfast was adequate: prepared omelets, biscuits, cereal, bananas, waffles, and oatmeal. The location is easy to reach, near restaurants, with plenty of parking. There's a firepit with seating by the front entrance, an outdoor pool in a private area behind the building, and a well-equipped-looking workout room, though I didn't have time to use it. The pool was open on October 31, but it was too cold for us. There’s also a dog park, plus an elevator sign with a nice message about traveling with dogs and cats. We had a worse stay this time than when I came alone in July. I was traveling with my husband and two small children. The TV wouldn't turn on, even after I got batteries at the desk and replaced the remote's batteries. I told the front desk, but nobody came to fix it. The bathroom door handle was broken too. That may seem minor, but those things made me wonder how well the place is cared for. After a day in the car, I took the kids to a nearby park to play, while my husband had hoped to relax with TV.

We found a large poop stain on the pullout sofa. When we told the front desk at checkout, they said they couldn't make it right. I can't imagine how clean the rooms are if this is what guests can expect. It was a bad stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

Last week's work stay went smoothly, with my company paying for the room and no problems. This time was completely different. Lakishia repeatedly asked the same questions, even though the booking was made exactly as before. I had my work paperwork and reservation number, but she wouldn't even look at them. I called my manager to help confirm the details, and Lakishia became loud, rude, and unprofessional. She raised her voice at me in front of my manager on the phone and acted as if I were the problem. It was humiliating and unnecessary. No hotel employee, or anyone, has ever spoken to me like that. Her treatment was disrespectful and made check-in very stressful. It was nothing like my previous visit or any stay I've had at a Hilton. Nobody should be treated that way.
