Sleep Inn & Suites Fort Worth - Fossil Creek

The night shift's young women were exceptionally professional and deserve recognition. The pool was one of the main reasons I booked here, since my company often stays at this location for its nearby office, but my grandchildren found it closed. I called the front desk Saturday the 21st around 11:00 AM. When I said we'd been told at booking that all amenities were open, the staff member replied, “I don't know why they told you that.” There was no apology or attempt to help, just an indifferent response. I asked whether a nearby sister hotel had a pool, and was told I could go to a Quality Inn but would “need a reservation.” By then, it wasn't just about the pool. The lack of courtesy and accountability was the problem. The staff member seemed entirely unphased when I asked for a manager or mentioned that my company uses this hotel because it's near our office. I can't recommend this hotel for our corporate travel anymore. I hope they take this seriously so other guests and families don't get the same treatment.

We got a great price, and the bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with bacon, eggs, and sausage. Our room was on the ground floor, where the floors were very dirty. I don't blame the cleaning staff, though, it looked like everyday wear.

The hotel is simple, but comfortable and clean, with a roomy breakfast area and a decent continental spread. There's good value here, and lots of nice restaurants and services a short drive away. Great location.

Breakfast was the standout, and the room itself was comfortable enough. There isn’t much close by, though getting onto the freeway is easy. The tradeoff is the noise: traffic carries into the room, and I could hear people talking next door at 11pm.
