The water was dirty and made me itch, the towels were stained, and the room was filthy. The bed covering clearly hadn't been washed between guests. I think the good reviews come from family members who stay there. The cleaning staff should find another job, because cleaning isn't working out for them.

Booking and check-in and checkout were easy, and for the price the stay was okay. The place seemed a little sketchy, though the bright lights and cameras helped. At first the room looked clean and nicely furnished, but my feet turned black after just a few minutes on the floor. There were hairs scattered on the sheets and towels, so the room clearly wasn't being cleaned well between guests. I also booked a non-smoking room, but it had a mild cigarette smell.

We had a great stay and will come back. The room was clean, everything worked, and the view of downtown Fort Worth at night was lovely. The pool was great too. Check-in was quick, the price was good, and the location was convenient, with a store, Waffle House, a chicken place, and Taco Bell right next door. They didn't charge extra for our dog, and my granddaughter really appreciated that break on the pet fee.

The area felt sketchy, and there were lots of people living there long term. I didn't feel safe and left without spending the night. The shower handle fell off, the sheets were dirty, and there was no shampoo. For what you get, it was expensive. I asked the guy at the desk to match the $75 price I saw online, and he said, “I know these games you all play,” then tried to charge me $80.
