The night employee JAY acts like he’s the manager, makes up stories about speaking with the manager when he hasn’t, and seems to enjoy the power trip. When someone told him there was a roach on the counter where breakfast is set out, he got an attitude. The manager, his wife, and their minions know about the conditions and don’t care. Room 104 has THREE cats, even though guests aren’t supposed to have more than 2 pets in a room. There’s one litter box that’s rarely cleaned, the room is filthy, and it’s causing roaches and a horrific smell. That’s why I think the nearby room 102 review mentioned ammonia. They also let favored guests harass others, and some people get away with owing HUNDREDS of dollars while hardworking guests are spoken to rudely and treated like crap. They invent room prices even when you show them the detailed reservation billing from your email and the quoted amount, then claim you owe more. Stay away unless you enjoy harassment, being scammed for extra money, roaches, and favoritism. People from another country are rude to you too.

We’d stay here again. This was our second visit, and while the hotel is a little older, our room was very clean. The bedding and bathroom towels were fresh and clean. The front desk staff were really nice both at check-in and check-out. The dining area was spotless, and breakfast was great. There are lots of restaurants conveniently nearby to choose from.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was nice, so it was a decent stay and I’d come back. The lobby was nice too, and the lady at the front desk was super friendly. The room could use some maintenance, though. The paint was scratched and needed touch-ups, and the laminate floor was warped and cracked in places.

I’d look for another hotel nearby. During my week there, I heard from other guests that people were paying different nightly rates, somewhere between $45 and $85. My room was dirty, and there was black mold around the AC unit. I had to switch rooms when the AC stopped working. The front desk gentleman didn’t really talk it through with me or offer even one free night for the hassle. The owner needs to replace the staff with people who follow the rules and take better care of the property. I give it a 1.
