The staff at the front desk were friendly, efficient, and attentive whenever I had a question or needed something. That warm, professional service made a real difference. The hotel was clean and quiet, and my room was comfortable enough to relax in. I had a wonderful stay from beginning to end and would happily return. Highly recommend it.

I booked this room at 2:20pm on December 5, 2025, and arrived to check in at 2:52. The listing on air B&B said pet friendly and mentioned a refundable $100 pet deposit. I agreed to the room rate and that deposit, but the desk also wanted a $75 pet fee that wasn’t in the listing. I declined the extra charge, canceled, and asked for a full refund since I hadn’t used the room. The front desk refused. The listing is misleading, and air B&B has so far declined to help. If this isn’t resolved, I’ll contact a legal advisor about the contract and air B&B. I’m escalating the matter to air B&B management and want 100% of my money back. I should have listened to the one star reviews.

On the sixth night, someone tried to steal my truck from the main lot, right in front of the entrance. They ripped off the door handle, wrecked the dash and steering column, and took the radio and other belongings. I was staying here through my employer’s lodging company. I’d noticed the neighborhood didn’t look great, but didn’t think it would be this bad. The front desk worker said nothing like this had happened in her two years there. The police told me a different story, saying they were often in the area for similar crimes. I was later told by the detective investigating that there was a lot of crime nearby and a halfway house extremely close to the property, which would explain the constant foot traffic. There’s a camera pointed at the entrance, but none covering the main parking lot. I also can’t understand how the night clerk didn’t hear the vehicle alarm blaring less than 30 feet from the office. I had to initiate every conversation with the GM about video footage, and she was no help. If I had to choose between a room here and sleeping in my truck, I’d choose the truck.

Things had been going well while the weather was bad, until after 9pm when a front desk woman knocked and accused me of smoking in the room. She put me and my son out in the cold. I explained that I’d only gone outside for a quick smoke and then come back in. I’d already had to change rooms because the toilet was leaking. In the new room she accused me of the same thing, even though all I’d done was step outside for a quick smoke and return. It was disrespectful. I’ll have to see whether I come back after this stay is over.
