Knights Stay Inn Frankfort

The bed was amazing. I've never slept better in a hotel, and the room was nice and cool when we arrived. Everyone was friendly, too. But there was a lot of truck noise from tractors idling, and the bathroom wasn't clean. The tub was slick with no safety strips, the curtain had mold and was extremely hard to close, and there was dried urine on the back of the toilet seat.

The towels were blackened, as if someone had dried their hands on them and hung them back up. The sheets were wrinkled and looked like they'd been slept in, so we were lucky to have brought our own bedding. The walls and bathroom were disgusting. I told the staff at checkout, but they didn't even apologize for the room's condition. I strongly recommend that nobody stay at this Wasilla T.

There were roaches and other bugs in the rooms, and brown water leak spots on the ceiling. The guest dryer didn't work well. Maid service was poor, too. I had to beg to get the carpet vacuumed, and they never cleaned the tub or toilet.

After an eight-and-a-half-hour drive, I expected a relaxing stay. Instead, the room was filthy, unbearably hot, and the air conditioner was weak. There wasn't even an outside sign to show the place was there. I feel scummy just staying here, but the reservation can't be refunded, and I don't even feel comfortable changing into clean clothes. Very disappointed. Corporate got my letter. Please take appropriate action by this coming Friday. Today is 7/14/2019.
